沙達原本是從阿富汗逃亡至伊朗的難民，十三歲時和姊姊回到了祖國，同時也加入女子拳擊隊，開始接受訓練。如今，沙達已經成為阿富汗最優秀的女子拳擊手，但她需要面對的不只有擂台上的對手，還有阿富汗傳統父權文化的桎梏，以及隨之而來的不安與恐懼。沙達在拳擊和學業上的成就，使她成為許多當地女性的榜樣。然而這條路她走得並不輕鬆，成功的背後，其實充滿無數的困難及威脅；在這當中，只有「信念」才是讓她強大的最大助力。

Sadaf RAHIMI is the best female boxer in Afghanistan, but she must deal with her country’s traditions, her fear, and her own fate in order to be a free woman. Sadaf and her sister Shabnam joined the newly created women’s boxing team at the age of 13, when they returned to their country after being refugees in Iran. Her boxing and academic achievements will turn Sadaf into an example for many Afghan young women, but her path will not be without threats and difficulties.
