What is "woman"? And who determines the categorization and standards of women? This film focuses on four athletes from developing "southern countries." In the male-dominated sports industry, their outstanding achievements result not in praise, but in discrimination and humiliation. Ultimately, due to gender-based regulations, they face bans, invasive disruptions, and control that infringe upon their physical health and normal lives. The film exposes the harsh reality of the sports world's 80-year-long manipulation of women's bodies through gender testing, a reality that appears even more pressing in today's context.
