【影片介紹】

四個身分不同、身處環境不同的女性,在遭遇性騷擾事件和面對龐大的共犯結構之時,歷經了相似的心路歷程,究竟性騷擾事件反映出怎樣的性別權力關係和社會文化結構。《玫瑰的戰爭》這部紀錄片獻給所有曾盡己之力,挺身反擊的姊妹們。

Four women from diverse backgrounds and different environments, when faced with incidents of sexual harassment and confronting extensive complicit structures, undergo similar emotional journeys. What kind of gender power dynamics and societal cultural structures are reflected by these incidents of sexual harassment? The documentary "The War of Roses" is dedicated to all the sisters who have exerted their utmost effort and stood up to fight back.

【導演介紹】

陳俊志 導演

紀錄片導演、性別人權工作者、愛滋感染者權益促進會常務理事等。創立「美麗少年工作室」,1997 年與陳明秀合作拍攝《不只是喜宴》。 1999 年《美麗少年》被引進日本, 成為該年代不可抹滅的聲音;2002 年與婦女新知基金會合作拍攝本土首部反性騷擾紀錄片《玫瑰的戰爭》。作品內容涵蓋了性別議題包含了性騷擾、愛滋病、同志結婚權、 家庭暴力等等。

Chen Chun-zhi

A documentary director, gender rights activist, and Executive Director of the Taiwan AIDS Foundation. They co-founded the "Beautiful Youth Studio" and collaborated with Chen Mingxiu in 1997 on "Not Just Wedding Banquets." In 1999, their film "Beautiful Youth" made its way to Japan, becoming an indelible voice of that generation. In 2002, they partnered with the Women's Self-help Association to produce Taiwan's first domestic anti-sexual harassment documentary, "The War of Roses." Their works encompass a wide range of gender-related issues, including sexual harassment, AIDS, LGBTQ+ marriage rights, domestic violence, and more.
